Va-Va-Voom

Restart the jumpstart man its hard to be a failure.
August....September....October....November...December. And here we are.
136, on a good day.
I went up up up on the scale to 146 in Octoberish I believe. And to the ears of some deaf god thank you for helping me get it back down, but I'm not done praying yet!
Hell of a ways to go.
Got down to 133 (100% empty though) like 2 days ago, after eating and what not I'm somewhere around the 136s/137s
Goal: Stayin empty till Santa gets here, 5 days? No bigggie. Always easier said than done though. Lets see if I can manage staying empty for the rest of this HORRIBLE binge day.

3 Day Plan


Day One
Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea with Equal or Sweet & Low
1/2 grapefruit or juice
1 slice toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Lunch:
1/2 cup of tuna
1 slice toast

Dinner:
3 ounces of lean meat or chicken (any kind)
1 cup green beans
1 apple

Day Two

Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea with Equal or Sweet & Low
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 slice toast

Lunch:
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
8 regular saltine crackers

Dinner:
2 beef frankfurters
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 banana

Day Three
Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea with Equal or Sweet & Low
5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 apple

Lunch:
1 boiled egg
1 slice toast

Dinner:
1 cup tuna
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon

FML

Its called friends and food, way to much food. ABC went down the drain because I've been with friends 24/7 the past week and they love them some junk food, and as much as I HATE to eat it, my cravings turn into slumber party monster mode and fork it all in.
I go to the doctors next week too,I'll have to weigh in. How embarrasing.

Mind Tricks


Water can make you think and feel full. But nobody wants to sit there and drink and drink boring water. Skip the Splenda and spare yourself the 5 calories (cause hey, it eventually adds up, 6 splenda packets a day is 30 calories a day, every day for a week is 210 calories a week! When you could have had a pretty pretty 0).
So make water drinking fun and get a spiffy water bottle like my new one! This is a Camelbak waterbottle that I got at REI but they have them at most sports stores and online.
It has this weird straw-like top but you have to bite it and suck without tipping it over to drink. I love it so much that I'll drink 3 bottels so quickly. Then I'm so full it hurts! And it was only on water.
